At TMC, we maintain high standards to ensure that every mediator that joins the collaborative not only possesses legal experience but also the right mix of business acumen, emotional intelligence, and collaborative aptitude. Because of this, our application process is multi-step and comprehensive. It includes:

Legal and Business Experience Questionnaire

A deep dive into your professional background, legal expertise, and entrepreneurial experience.

Comprehensive Talent & Work Style Assessment

Evaluating your natural strengths, problem-solving approach, and adaptability.

Motivation & Collaboration Questionnaire

Understanding your goals, communication style, and ability to work within a high-performing team.

Pre-Acceptance Live Interview

A conversation to explore your mindset, experience, and fit within our collaborative model.

Emotional Intelligence

Have you taken a personality test like DiSC, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, or StrengthsFinder?
