WHY I MEDIATE

Throughout my career, the moments that have brought me the most satisfaction have always been those where I’ve helped people find resolution. Whether bringing clarity to contentious cases or fostering understanding between opposing sides, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be when adversarial tensions give way to collaboration. These experiences sparked my passion for mediation, where I now channel my skills to guide parties through the resolution process.

I was drawn to mediation because it brings together the elements I’ve always valued most in my career: effective communication, creativity, and a commitment to achieving meaningful results. My background as an employment attorney and life coach has equipped me with the tools to listen deeply, uncover shared goals, and identify pathways forward—even in seemingly impossible situations. Mediation allows me to use these strengths to create an environment where parties feel supported, heard, and empowered to craft their own solutions.

As a mediator, my goal is to provide clarity, foster trust, and guide all sides toward lasting resolution. I see each mediation as an opportunity to not only resolve disputes but also restore a sense of balance and humanity to the process. For me, mediation is not just a career—it’s a calling, and I approach each case with the same passion, determination, and attention to detail that has defined my decades-long legal career.
